Trina Parks (born Trina Frazier; December 26, 1946 in Brooklyn,NY) is an American actress, vocalist, choreographer, principal dancer and dance instructor. Parks is best known for portraying Thumper in the 1971 James Bond film Diamonds Are Forever.

Ms. Parks  multi-talented accomplishments has taken  her around the world performing for local and national audiences of all cultures. From independent films to universal feature films her acting ability is undeniable. Ms. Parks has performed in many [NY] Broadway Shows as well as her own solo act from Harlem to Hollywood.

As a student of the world famous Katherine Dunham she has been teaching the Dunham technique since 1970. She has also been a student of the Alvin Ailey dance company, the Talley Beatty, Donald McKayle, Geoffrey Holder, Anna Sokolow & Eleo Parmer, NY Dance Companies. The former graduate from the NY H.S of Performing Arts has dedicated her life to teaching the next generations the principles and history of black dance and instructing/choreography  Ballet, Jazz, Broadway, lyrical, Modern, Latin, African, and Ballroom.
